Overview

The NetSuite Sr. Consultant/Architect plays a critical role in designing, architecting, and advising end-to-end NetSuite solutions for our clients. This role combines deep functional and technical expertise with strong consulting and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will lead discovery sessions, architect scalable solutions, perform hands-on configuration and guide implementation teams while acting as a trusted advisor to clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Responsible for leading the design of scalable, high-performing NetSuite solutions tailored to client business needs.

- Architect end-to-end solutions including integrations, data migration, and module configuration.

- Provide strategic guidance on NetSuite best practices, process-design, and perform hands-on NetSuite configuration.

Client Engagement & Advisory

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leading discovery sessions, developing solutions, and consulting on best practices.

- Lead multiple projects simultaneously

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment between solution design and project goals.

- Support pre-sales efforts by scoping projects, estimating effort, and contributing to proposals.

Implementation Leadership

- Guide and mentor consultants and developers during implementation phases.

- Oversee solution delivery to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with client expectations.

- Validate technical deliverables and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

Collaboration & Mentorship

- Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

- 7+ years of NetSuite implementation experience, including solution architecture and consulting.

- Deep expertise in NetSuite modules such as ARM, SuiteProjects, and Financials.

- Strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and integration platforms.

- Experience in Services, Software, or Tech industries; non-product-based business models.

- Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.

- Experience in pre-sales solutioning and project scoping.

- NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer) strongly preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
