**Job Title: Food Plant Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking a dynamic food plant manager with experience in food manufacturing and meat processing. The ideal candidate must have USDA experience and be well-versed in HACCP protocols. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising a team of up to 10 employees, with a focus on inventory management and quality assurance. **Responsibilities** + Hire, train, and supervise up to 10 employees. + Ensure compliance with USDA and HACCP standards. + Manage inventory and oversee quality assurance processes. + Implement and monitor food safety protocols. + Ensure compliance with CCP, GMP, EPP, and FDA regulations. **Essential Skills** + USDA and HACCP expertise. + Experience in inventory management and quality assurance. + Strong knowledge of food safety protocols. + Compliance with CCP, GMP, EPP, and FDA standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with ERP systems. + Knowledge of Appendix B regulations. + Proficiency in using forklifts. + Ability to lift up to 90 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a permanent placement with full benefits, including a 401 (k) plan.
