Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic vision and leading day-to-day operations for the NED CB Sales Compensation team. Leads the monthly calculation and payout process for Division teams, provides direction and oversight to regional compensation teams to ensure compensation plans are executed accurately and in line with compensation timelines. Conducts performance analysis and progress reviews. Prepare monthly reporting and analysis to outline performance of Division sales channels. Provides recommendations for system and business improvements to key business leaders. Leads and conducts special projects, typically involving financial analysis and research of business issues in order to provide management with financial data and business advice to support their strategic decision making.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads day to day operations of the NED sales comp teams, including commission calculation and managing commission and incentive payout process.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly reporting for leadership to outline activity and impacts on CB compensation initiatives
  • Serves as a channel for senior management to relay their financial planning and business needs/issues. Assists in preparation and review of budget materials for the executive leaders and manages ongoing reporting against budget and plan objectives.
  • Participates in various financial and operational projects such as financial systems development and new tool development to support compensation initiatives
  • Leads individual compensation reviews to evaluate disputes and discrepancies, provides recommendation for remediation.
  • Develop ways to continually improve processes to ensure timely and accurate budget analysis for management team.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
